As of this morning the 2022 New and Renewal Project Applications for the regular annual Continuum of Care NOFO are now accessible in the esnaps system. Updated Detailed Instructions and Navigational Guides are not yet available on the CoC Program Competition page (the 2021 versions are the most recently posted) but they are expected soon.

All New and Renewal Project Applications must be submitted to the Maine Continuum of Care (ME-500) in esnaps no later than 5:00 PM on August 31st, 2022 to be eligible.
Attached here are the DRAFT Scoring Tools that will be presented at the MCOC meeting on Thursday, August 18th, for a vote. There is a possibility that these may change slightly before they are finalized based on discussion at that meeting, but given the very tight time frame for submission, we wanted to let applicants have a look at these to get a sense of what items/topics they should address in their application narratives. The final versions will be posted here once they are approved.
