The Maine Continuum of Care Application has been officially submitted to HUD through e-snaps today. The NOFA states that HUD intends to announce conditional funding for Tier 1 Renewal projects within 45 day of the application submission deadline (Monday, February 3, 2014) of the CoC Program Competition.
