MaineHousing will make capital funding available for the development of a new FY18 NOFA Bonus project. The MaineHousing funding would serve as match funding for a project to be submitted to the Maine Continuum of Care (MCOC) for purposes of inclusion in the MCOC NOFA application to the 2018 HUD Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Program.
