The 2016 System Performance Measures for the Maine Continuum of Care have been submitted to HUD. Because of the recent merger of the Maine and Portland CoC’s, and the way the Sys PM reports compare data to the prior year, we also resubmitted the 2015 data to include information from both CoC’s.
