This is for the Collaborative Applicant level registration, but also a good reminder for project level applicants to review and update their esnaps Applicant Profiles
The FY 2022 CoC Program Registration forms are now available in e-snaps with a submission deadline of 5:00 PM EST on Thursday, April 7, 2022.
For FY 2022, HUD had to update e-snaps to include American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) Tribal area geographic codes and to revise the UFA application to ensure questions more closely align with Notice CPD 22-01: Unified Funding Agency requirements. Therefore, the FY 2022 CoC Program Registration did not open the second Tuesday of January as indicated in Notice CPD 22-02. In FY 2023 and beyond, unless otherwise notified, the CoC Program Registration process in e-snaps will open the second Tuesday of each January at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time with a registration deadline of 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on the first Thursday of March each year.
The CoC Program Registration requirements for the following types of registrations are located on HUD’s website:
- Notice CPD 22-02: Continuum of Care Program Registration;
- Notice CPD 22-01: Unified Funding Agency;
- Notice CPD 22-03: Applying to be a High Performing Community;
Notice CPD 22-02 provides Collaborative Applicants, including Indian Tribes and TDHEs, with the information necessary to register a CoC in preparation for the annual FY CoC Program Competition and to claim CoC geographic areas, including Tribal lands and Reservations. Collaborative Applicants who meet one or more of the following criteria must access the FY 2022 CoC Program Registration forms in e-snaps.
