Here are a few additional items that will be reviewed and hopefully voted upon during our meeting tomorrow. The 2021 PIT Methodology outlines our plan for the next count. The DRAFT 2020 Point-in-Time (PIT) reports and Housing Inventory Chart (HIC) are far more detailed. If your Agency has projects listed on the HIC, please review those lines for accuracy (this version is alphabetical by agency). If you are just interested in changes from last year to this, you can skip to the ‘HIC Comparison’ document. (I have not yet compiled a PIT Comparison). These Reports must be approved and submitted to HUD by the end of the month.
