This application will allow agencies to apply for the Emergency Shelter and Housing Assistance Program (ESHAP), Housing Problem Solving (HPS), and the Targeted Rapid Rehousing Program (TRRP).
The NOFA application is due Wednesday, November 20, 2025 at 5PM.
