Here are the newly revised Scoring Tools that will be used to evaluate all New and Renewal Project Applications submitted to the Maine Continuum of Care (MCOC) as part of the 2022 NOFO Competition. (A separate Scoring Tool is being developed for the Supplemental NOFO applications – it will be posted once it is finalized and approved.)
These tools are being posted to increase transparency in our decision making processes, and in the hope that they will be helpful to agencies as they develop their applications. Just as a reminder: All New and Renewal Applications for the regular 2022 NOFO must be submitted to MCOC (ME-500) in esnaps no later than 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
